I really like your topic and I think more often than not, teachers that have issues with classroom management are not helped by anyone. I also like that your project includes time for teachers needing help to observe other teachers. Your plan really looks like it has a lot of potential. Keep us posted and good luck with your plan!
ReplyDeleteI am working on a similar action research topic, so I completely agree with the importance of effective classroom management. Although I'm very interested in developing a toolbox of effective strategies to foster classroom management among teachers to use when I become a principal, my current school actually has very few behavior problems. What I have found that I am going to focus on, and it seems your plan may taking this route also, are the two teachers who are new to a position and my be struggling. One of them is a new teacher, the other is new to a grade level. Your research plan looks great. I'm interested to see how it develops!
