This week was interesting but I definitely learned a lot. After listening to the videos I know that the majority of decisions being made is based on data. I'm glad I have started observing and documenting the results of my observations. I know that before I can present any plan of action for the teacher's that are struggling with behavior and classroom management I have to gather all information to implement a plan.

I gathered the same thing. Data is the most important thing. I did the same thing and started keeping track of my observations. Good luck with helping with classroom management.
